Funny and honest book about pregnancy in a week by week diary style

I found this book very useful all through my pregnancy as it is funny and honest. Unlike some of the more scientific/ reference books out there that are good for looking up certain things but overall a bit much - I found this book easy to read and, at times, hilarious. It is in the style of a diary and then some information about each week of the pregnancy. I love the honesty especially and felt it really helped me to understand what was going on with my body and why it was happening, week by week.Read full review...

Great and funny to read.Lots of funny bits and useful information explained in a girlie way.Highly recommended!

Informative - like a good friend

This book became my best friend during my pregnancy some 10 years ago - most of the info is still current, as not much changes.
It's informative, but not scary, very funny and a good read even for your partner.Everything you want to know is answered. I gave my book to my sister. Now everytime I know a friend is pregnant I get her a copy of this book,when she is finished with it,tell her to pass it on to another mum to be.

This book is good for your first pregnancy as it's a great guide to help you through the weeks ahead.

amazing book really put me at ease about the whole pregnancy thing, love the saying she uses aswell " we cant just say oops we lost it like we were careless and left it in safeways car park"

Honest pregnancy book, well worth reading

This was one of the few pregnancy books I read that was truthful, funnily written and captivating. Made me laugh, made me cry . Very informative and definitely recommended
