Mastercool Mini Light Professional UV Leak Detector Kit w/o Case

This Mastercool uv leak detector kit is an excellent value and USA made. I have used the light outside in the sunlight ok, but it works best in the shade or inside the shop. I use it for a/c leak detection. The kit also has dye for use with engine coolant and dye for use with oil / atf / gas. For the money this kit gives you everything needed uv dye check leaks in multiple fluid types.

Poor oil/coolant applications

Purchased this product to locate engine oil leaks on a diesel motor. The oil and coolant additives in this kit are far from fluorescent and have not helped in diagnosing the leak. Made a call to the technical support center and they are unable to resolve the quality/description issues.Read full review...
