Outstanding Rhythm Guitar Book for Beginners

Older 1989 cassette tape version for $5.30, but in great condition. I liked it so much I went ahead and bought the newest version with online video & audio. The older book is now my travel practice book.

Great book for beginners and the way these Aussies describe concepts is so much easier to understand and makes better sense for me. This book goes great with the Musicians Institute rhythm guitar the complete guide which I did the same thing with trying older cheap version first then bought newest.

When you cant' find something in stores come to ebay...

and most likely you will find it! I searched in all the music stores for Progressive Rhythm Guitar for Beginners for weeks. I was not succesful in my search...some of them didn't even have it in their computers.
I don't know why I didn't start my search here on ebay in the comfort of my home.
I was so pleased to have foudn it here and for a great price too. My daughter was able to start guitar lessons on time with this book.

Good for what it is.

The progressive series works well for what it is. Perfect world would be to re-construct lessons into full songs rather than snippets of licks and progressions. And the other really helpful thing would be the ability to adjust the playback speed on the CD/DVD.Read full review...
