Does the job, pleasant taste

I am a vegetarian and I do a lot of cycling, so I need a boost. I put this on my breakfast every morning and it enhances the flavour. I have also added it to get gravy to good effect and simply stirred it into soya milk to make a kind of yogurt substitute.
