Just doesn't do what it is supposed to

Unit looks neat enough and I know it was cheap so didn't expect Fluke quality but, this thing can't even probe and find a cable within 10mtrs. Very disappointed, this will end up in the junk drawer.

Very good tone generator

I've used a few tone generators before and this one is the most reliable I've had. I've previously returned a cheaper tester that cost roughly £15 as it just didn't work and it was really badly made.<br>
