Snoring stopped...
Works great! Don't be afraid to re-mold your mouthpiece if you don't think it is quite right at first but PLEASE keep the air hole stick in place every time until it fully cools.... I had seen demonstrations on youtube that said to jut your bottom teeth forward when molding but I think that is bogus---just make sure your teeth are squeezed in as hard as possible and pushed to the fronting of the guard bottom and top... I even reached in the sides of my mouth to bend back part to go flush against my back teeth.... It is just like we did our football mouthpieces when we were young... A lot of my back teeth float anyway and are not impressed into the mold but at least enough of the teeth are pressed in to hold it in place---that is why I say do it twice if it doesn't seem right the first time---I had too....
I think when these things first came out they wanted you to think the scientific medical secret is pushing the jaw forward etc. etc. but what is really does in force or encourage you to breath through your nose so you are less likely to snore.... That is why the air hole is there secondary---it hs hard to snore through that air hole.... Good luck!!Read full review
