Ok if you're not used to taking 10mgs already!

This s an OK product not great if you're used to taking melatonin 10 but I guess if your used to 3mg it would work for you. I've to take 2/3 of these for them to work.
I still find the best range Biovia. Even 2 3mg of them would help me fall asleep easier than 2 10mg of these.
