Works great but had to be grinded slightly for bolts to clear, but still works and i do like it

This is a 3 inch, 3 bolt triangle shaped exhaust flange turn down. I bought it to bolt on my electric exhaust cutout on my daily driven T/A to direct the exhaust towards the road more so it wouldnt blow directly on the underside of the car.. It does look good and looks similar to chrome but indeed does appear to be made of stainless steel(atleast to my eye and is non magnetic) so i assume it is, anyway it does the job as far as directing the exhaust to the ground or out the side more because i dont get the same hum or rattles/ vibrations etc. inside my car now, more of the noise when the cutout is open goes outside the car now and it is still just as loud but sounds much more crisp so i'd still say its worth it for that sake if any of those are a concern, these could also be used on a racecar with open headers and could bolt on to the end of the collectors, my only complaint on these is that the 3/8 bolt holes on the flange DON'T clear the edge of the turn down itself, just so you know the 3 bolt flange slides over the turn down..well anyway i had to grind the edge of the turndown with a side grinder to get the bolts to clear the side of it, not a big deal for gearheads like me.. BUT for nearly $35 i feel this should be a DIRECT bolt on, and SHOULD maybe even come with a gasket.. Would i buy again? Yeah Sure.. considering the improvements it offers for my application, anyway i hope this helps someoneRead full review
