Compact but too expensive compared to rest of the market

The Qettle system is great and easy to operate, including changing Filter Cartridge.

The "stop" for stopping the boiling water is tempermental and on my quettle does not work now even though my quettle is relatively new..One other (Fault)???? is the flow from the filter (if you can call this a fault.) is slow..But i am fussy and you can decide for yourself if the are faults at all.
Only the boiling water stop causes me a littlr concern.
