Design issue.
The mount is well made and is designed to fit a broad range of steering stems. My issue is that after installing it per the directions, I found that it would rotate quite freely no matter how much I tightened the tension bolt. This is due to the design which puts the mounting base directly on top of a stainless steel washer. My fix involved cutting small grooves into both the base and the washer to add friction between the two pieces. This solved the problem.Read full review
