Good but not good

The fob is good quaility but despite spending a lot of time checking to make sure I ordered the right one (I have been caught out before) it just will not work the buttons on my old internal electronics correctly. Luckily I could use the buttons off my old case because it was the spring on the button that had gone. The two cases clicked together perfectly. Luck. No battery location inside so a bit useless.

Just one problem, the locstion for battery and sprung steel battery connector are not there. No location pegs. From the outside its great.

do not buy

the insides of my old key fob do not fit in this new one correctly, the pins are not in the same position so it moves about. the key is supposed to come apart to swap with the old one, it does not. I tried to fit my old key in the fob but again the buttons are different. all in all total rubbish.Read full review...

Fantastic product at a very good price.

My old fob was very battered and worn. At first I was a little apprehensive that this would be one of those items that sounded good but doesn't always fully meet the requirement. How wrong could I be! The old electronics just slots into the new unit and changing the blade, although a bit fiddly, but that would be same on any unit, was straight forward and I now have a key fob that likes brand new. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to replace the casing.Read full review...

Key Fob

Direct replacement. Took 5 minutes to switch key and circuit board over.
Had to order Peugeot logo separately for £1.75 so now looks as new.
