Fruity taste of home made baking.

This is a taste of my childhood.I have always used Robertsons mincemeat for mince pies and tarts.It has a sweet,but slightly tangy taste and is perfect for baking.There is a lovely combination of fruits and they do not leave your pastry with a *soggy bottom*!
