The rachio united os fine . The plug that connect to the unit was bad . This is my second united I bought from eBay . I won’t order aany more rachio again !

Highly recommend excellent product
By far the best sprinkler controller I have had replaced with a hunter product. Hunter was garbage the rain sensor attached barely worked also failed and had to be replaced twice even when it rained my sprinklers would go off. Hunter was a useless piece of shizz.
