Polo Cologne 30 Years Later

I recently purchased a 4 oz. bottle of the cologne and though it has a pleasant smell, it's not quite as alluring as I remember it. It was a bit disappointing, but really, today's pair of 501's get busted belt loops on the 9th wash and for those of us still wearing white briefs how long do they last, 6 months, 9 months....so it was not a shock however while I don't regret the purchase I don't think I will be buying another bottle anytime soon. Watered down...

I wore this cologne in college, in the 80's. Every girl that I dated always said the scent stayed on all day! Every person come including men and women, used to call me Polo man because the scent lasted all day long with a couple of sprays around my neck and my wrists.

I ordered hello again after almost 40 years and this stuff barely lasts an hour. I was so disappointed. They have watered it down so much and increase the price. To me that's bait and switch. I don't think I will ever order another product from Polo again.Read full review

Classic scent

I was thrilled to find my favorite scent nicely discounted on eBay. I was nearly out and didn't want to pay full price at the department stores. This scent is so classic and long lasting. I once was in a hospital as a patient. The day after I was admitted, a nurse said she liked the cologne I was wearing. I have been using the same cologne for the last 20 years and I know for sure differences for original and not, this cologne as open its perfect but the special smell and essence disappear soon after 2 hr. Maybe because is a tester and it is not keeping the real quality of the original one.

You should let customers know about the tester condition. everything else, price is the right one.Read full review
