ketones work with effort

these do work. obviously you need to put effort in as well but do help so don't expect to eat 20 cakes a day and expect results! but they will definitely help or did with me.

A little over confident in it's effects.

It didn't help with weight loss but it does give you a little more energy, so you could argue that if you move more you burn more calories.
I won't be buying more.

Ive been on these tablets now for nearly a week in conjunction with ACV and ive already noticed a big decrease in appetite and and increase in energy levels.
