The keyboard, while the lights and side USB/sound controls are nice, has a funky layout of the keys. The board is shifted to the right due to the macro buttons which causes the "home keys" to be thrown off. Great keyboard if you like Cherry MX Blue switches

Typically I'm skeptical about Razer products since they tend to have a short life-span, but their keyboards are an exception. The Blackwidow Chroma is a great a keyboard and the switches are comparable to Cherry MX Blue switches. In order to get the most out of the keyboard RGB, you really need to play around with the software as there's tons of options for the lighting. The build quality is what you would expect for the price and the switches are nice, even though they are not Cherry MX but the Razer green switches.
