Excellent reference book for those who love and are interested in cooking.

When The Recipe Encyclopedia first came out years ago we gave this book to all our Kitchen staff as a reference book to help them learn more about various dishes and their histories. We found it invaluable for learning to read recipes, and to gain more knowledge of the product.Read full review
