I'm glad it has 30 days on it and I thank you for that...let me tell you why! Where the cord comes out, it is soft - it needs to have a hard part to hold it up and away more from the dryer- as of right now, it hangs in the way and gets in the way of trying to dry!!! I have only used it twice in the salon, so I am going to give it this week to see if I can handle it or not? I love the fact it is so light weight and it has great heat and power...this cord issue is the only problem I am having with it! Loved using this on my afro textured hair. I do hope they change the settings button to make it easier. All in all it worked great. Low setting was my favorite as it didn't burn my hair but it was enough heat to give me the length I needed. Longer length comb attachment was perfect. Best blow-dryer for 4c hair and clumsy uncoordinated hands!

I wish that I had known of this blow-dryer years ago! It's so easy to maneuver at whatever angle to dry your entire head with no wet spots and I'm talking about the coarsest 4c hair out there.
