Not like they used to be.

I started using these drops for my severe dry eyes as soon as they hit our local market. I had tried at least 7 different products by then, and the Refresh Optive Advanced drops were better than anything I had used to date.
Several years ago I had to switch to another brand, due a change in our insurance. We just had another change, so I bought 2 boxes of the Refresh Optive Advanced drops, which are causing MAJOR eye irritations. Must have eye drops

My ophthalmologist recommended that I use these drops because I have a pretty serious eye disease and my eyes get red and itchy. I also have chronic dry eye syndrome. I didn't want to buy them because they are more expensive than my normal brand. But they are worth it. The individual vials keep them fresh, and I can re-close a vial and use it later. I am not sure, but there seems to be a nice, light oil in the drops. Makes your eyes feel great. It's not like putting water in your eye, so it doesn't evaporate.
