The Black hardly ever works. Printer keeps asking for it to be reinstalled. Will probably have to write off my printer which is only 6 months old. Beware. Colour seems OK

Great little cartridges if you want to recycle and the kids want to print stuff. Not nearly as good as originals - black is more grey and the colours lack the intensity and pigment of the original cartridges. So not recommended for business use. Not a Good Experience
This product does not work in HP Printers as it is an 'instant ink' cartridge which HP printers will not accept.
This has been confirmed by installing genuine HP 304XL cartridges which work.
The supplier will not respond to webmail messages.
From my experiences I would strongly recommend not to purchase 304XL remanufactured cartridges from this supplier.Read full review...
