Can't see any damage so must only have been the packaging that had to be replaced. Paid £34.99 inc p&p for a £60+ brand new product. Cuts right down to the skin so absolutely brilliant. Only had to go over a couple of areas close to each ear but in total spent around 10 minutes.

Excellent head shaver

This product gives the closest, quickest head shave I have had to date. This head shaver gives a far closer cut than any clipper I have tried previously, recommended.
