Reviber Plus 500W Vibration Exercise Machine - 309/6372

Two fold for me.

I find it very good for two reasons:
1. It's good for toning up your body. I try to use it every day, although I believe 3 times weekly is enough. Although the truth is, I actually enjoy doing it. It only takes 10 minutes!
2. It's very helpful for various heath issues which there is plenty about on the Internet.
Besides that it's a very sturdy thing and looks to be well made.

Try it out!

I try to keep fit, and go to the gym, go to swimming, jogging, walking, so I am trying this as something new. The product is interesting, lots of guidance, and I still have an open mind about its effectiveness. On the evidence don't overdo the exercise. I'm sure each user will have their own thoughts and routine. Why five star?
