Pros: Takes 5 minutes to set up with the USB cable. Print quality great and overall a smart looking machine albeit a little bulky. Cons: Complicated WIFI instructions, customer support useless and just emailed me a duplicate set up booklet.Read full review

The printer didn’t work on the network, only on USB. Ricoh help were proactive; they said the printer was faulty and offered a replacement which I accepted. The replacement is fine. I didn’t raise an issue with EBay because Ricoh were so helpful, as the item was listed as new.Read full review

works on a mac (sort of)

Never understood why it cost less than £28.00 but Im glad it did. Works on a MAC, but duplex is not possible. But If you install parallels, then install windows on ur mac problem solved
