Great product but beware!

I bought this after careful research. The supplier was excellent but note there are so many variations of the Ridge Monkey and this is not the best one for camping because the handles don’t unclip nor do the two pans totally separate into 2 separate frying pans. So yes, choose XL (even though it’s not really that big!) but for better flexibility, choose the XL Compact Connect rather than this XL Classic (which I will use at home rather than when camping as it takes up more storage space) .
