Poor product from ring won’t Connect

Really disappointed with this ring doorbell 2 as I read some good reviews, however I’m now on my second device replaced by ring themselves and the doorbell refuses to connect to my BT Internet no matter what we are told to do. Good but has flaws

Purchased the ring to begin our smart home adventure. Nice device with apple quality packaging. But the product does have a few minor flaws, the biggest one is its ability to receive WiFi signal. iPhone app needs working on.

The app on the iPhone is a bit clunky and does take some getting used to. The instructions for sharing the device with another iPhone user were not clear to me and took me about five attempts to set up. Only the first iPhone can delete events.Read full review...

Only see recordings if you keep up subscription.

Really not happy about paying monthly subscription so you’ll be paying for it over and over again. Wouldn’t have bought it if I knew this. It’s my WiFi being used so what am I paying more for. Plus you don’t need daily recordings just if there’s an incident so you’re paying a subscription for something you have no use for. Should have bought wireless recording equipment which saves to an SD card like a dash cam until you choose to record over it.
