Told me to send it back to them for refund at my cost!!! Didnt even offer me a replacement/upgrad from the one I had ( there was not much in price from the one I hid and an upgrade) this was an inconvenience as I payed for the yearly subscription so sending it back wouldn't of been helpful as I need a replacement or I would of been at an even bigger loss Read full review...
