I use this several times every day, it's the best rub I've found for my arthritic back. I can't take most painkillers due to sensitivities, and this has been a real life saver! It doesn't have an overpowering scent like others I've tried and really takes the burning muscle pain away quite quickly so I can get on with my life, go shopping, walk the dog etc. I can't recommend it enough!
