I love how this book is based on women's science instead of regurgitated information based on men. This book is so eye opening and helps women come to terms with the science of our bodies and how we can work with our hormones to reach the next level. I have been active my whole life and have always trained like a man because there were no science based books for us as women. And now here we are. I am entering menopause and this book even covers the changes I need to make as a post menopause female! Because the reduction of estrogen still doesn't make me a small man. If you have a female body, this is the owners manual you always wished you had. Ladies we are now empowered to understand our bodies and take them to the next level.
