best mono amp for daily personal use for 10's and 12's

this amp is great for pushing mid rms 12" and 10" subs. it has plenty of clean power (mine had 625 watts on birth cert.) and stays cool to the touch. it also comes with the punch eq remote control knob which i have purchased separately with other amps. i have (2) 12" punch p2 wired to 2 ohms and this amp is plenty at only level 5 gain. there is also great bass quality at low volume levels which is awesome.
The amp has a very small footprint for easy mounting options and my very favorite part is the price point of under $130 - this amp (imho) is easily valued at over $200 - so by all means go ahead and add it to your cart already and enjoy some great sounding efficient bass when you get it! your welcome;)Read full review

Excellent budget amplifier with great sound quality and power!

I purchased this amplifier to power two 12" JBL CS1214 subwoofers in a small sealed box. The amp is rated at 500 watts at 2 ohms, but the birth sheet that came with the amp says it rated at 634 watts. It easily pushes the JBL subs, and sounds great. Bass is deep and tight, with no distortion. Prior to buying this amp, I was powering the subs with a Rockville RXD-M5 amplifier I had laying around from an old system. That amp is rated at 1505 watts at 2 ohms. The lower powered Rockford Fosgate sounded just about as loud as the Rockville. I'm very happy with my purchase.Read full review

This compact little amp kicks some serious butt! Don't let the RMS rating fool you, mine came with a 627 RMS test certificate. Rockfords are notorious for being over their wattage rating. Great amp for little cost. Highly recommend!Read full review

I have pair this with a single Polk Audio subwoofer I had in my garage for a minute. It’s installed between the front seat of my ford transit 250.
