Review of GTA San Andreas for PS3.
I would say that the graphics are superior to the PS2 version as far as their appearing less grainy, and less cartoonish. Their seemed to be some additional disses for CJ, the main character that I didn't remember from the older version of this game. The controls differ for driving ,and punching from the original, but it seemed to play through less clumsily (at least for me) than than original 2004 version of said game. I would rate it just below GTA V for playability , and above GTA IV, which I believed handled very clumsily when trying to control the driving. Terrible recreation of a classic PS2 game
I thought buying the actual hard copy would be better than the PS Store version,but I couldn't have been more wrong.They're exactly the same.Since Rockstar themselves didn't recreate the game on mobile devices,or PS3 the game suffers from a lack of elements from the PS2 versions.You can not use button cheats(only mods),instead of tapping x to ride bicycles you hold x(making it difficult to control your speed),and no jetpack early in the game (because there is no cheating.) I personally think the developers who were put to the task of recreating a classic PS2 game on PS3 completely missed the mark.Hope this review helps you make your decision on this game,and whether to buy it,or not.Read full review...
