Good but not high quality - cost effective and fun

This is a great fun product but it's good value for a reason. It will require maintenance (comes with very thin layer of paint/stain) and when putting together it will require some additions to improve the fit. A number of pieces of the wood were bowed but once you are half way through construction with little people desperate to get on it there isn't really chance to get the company to send out straight pieces!!! Instructions were on the most part very clear and all the wood was clearly labelled. Made construction a lot easier. Nearly all of the holes are pre drilled which saved time although we had a couple that didn't seem to be quite in the right place so had to modify (could have been due to the bowing of the wood). Once built there's lots for the children to play on and they love it. Happily it keeps them amused for hours! We may need to reinforce a few areas as they get bigger but at the moment it is fine.Read full review

Great value, quality and service

We purchased this item for our two young Grandson's to enjoy. It arrived by arranged courier following a courtesy call. A slide and a big box, We were sceptical but it is very good quality, easy to follow assembly instructions. I found a few bolts missing but an email and posted out immediately. The timbers are good quality and substantial. The hardware, slide and swings are also very good quality
