Does what it says but doesn't wash away when you want a redo

The tape works the way it's supposed to work, you lay it on and iron. Should stick and will stick, but I wanted to redo it since one side of my dress wasn't straight so I thought to wash in the washer. From what I understand and experience with other sewing tapes, isn't it supposed to wash or melt? If not, my mistake. Wonder tape to fix trouser hem

This was better value than buying in a local store. I use it whenever the children's trousers hems have fallen, or to shorten either my own trousers or children's.
Very easy to use, with iron and damp tea towel. Takes less time than sewing but it can sometimes start to dissolve after a few washes in the washing machine. Not always, but it has happened to me on occasion, but easily fixed with another bit of wonder web tape.Read full review
