A great tool for matching XLR balanced to RCA unbalanced audio.

Frequently in my line of work I run into instances where Pro audio gear and Consumer audio gear need to be interconnected. With XLR balanced and RCA unbalanced, I hate having the impedance matching wrong and when performing test measurements have to account for the dBm differences. This small device is easy to pack and take to a venue and also handy for a permanent setup.
