Roughneck Palett Breaker
Solid, well constructed and with delivery best price on the Web. Look no further. As a quick test I dismantled the top half of a Palett in the time it would take to do one slat. I'm buying paletts to make furniture and decking as a cheap alternative. The crappy broken pallets (you can usually get for free) will be dismantled in minutes and split into kindle probably making what would cost about £10. This tool will pay for itself within a month easy. If you don't need one, buy one anyway because you still need it. Read full review

Metal work good, hand grip rubbish
Worked well for most pallets, some pallets with long nails into hard wood it struggled with. You really need an assistant to stand on the pallet otherwise the pallet tips up as soon as you put any pressure on the tool…..cons plastic hand grip split the first time it was used. Hand grip needs redesigning or made of a tougher material.Read full review

This Pallet Buster is so easy to use.. The handle is longer than a lot that are being sold, which gives you more leverage and the foot prongs are also longer, which stops the planks from splitting so easily..
After trying a few different ones, I found this the best and easiest to use, does what it supposed to.!

Strong and versatile
At first it looks less robust that some others as it is designed to be able to slip between narrow slat gaps if needed, however the quality and strength of the steel is perfectly adequate to take apart probably any pallet that a pallet ripper of this size would do however robustly made some others might look but they would probably be heavier and not able to fit between narrow gaps. An absolute game-changer!!
