Soft and tender roasting meat Pot
Thought I'd use it a couple of times before reviewing it. I was really pleased with the roasting dish. I cooked a large whole chicken in the dish and it still had plenty of room around the sides for potatoes or other vegetables. I cooked lamb's leg too, cooking with the lid on keeps the meat lovely and soft. Over all really pleased, would definitely recommend this. Read full review
