Ryobi 3 speed impact wrench
Great tool, very powerful and lots of torque for the size of the unit. Easy to use and having LED lighting on it comes in handy. Only one gripe, on the max speed setting if you are not easy on the trigger it sometimes trips, so go steady and build up speed. Other than that, cannot fault the unit in any way.Read full review...

Robust, effective and good value
I hesitated before buying this as Ryobi is not as well known as others such as Makita. But having already bought a Ryobi Combil Drill and been impressed with it, I thought it made sense to choose a tool that shared the same battery type, so I didn't end up with an assortment of chargers.
The Ryobi Impact Wrench also impresses. It feels solid and well-made, and having tested it on a few stubborn nuts on my old Land Rover, I can confirm it works well too. I bought a 4.0 A battery separately to ensure it will have plenty of long-lasting power.
There is a good selection of tools in the Ryobi ONE+ range and I expect to buy more, having been satisfied with my purchases so far.Read full review...

good addition to a Ryobi set
bought this to add to our set of Ryobi 18v tools. this works very well, but needs a fully charged battery to undo really tight bolts. easy to use, LED worklight a nice touch.

plenty of grunt for a battery impact wrench
I bought this tool to compliment the growing Ryobi one set i already have, My tools are used for home diy and projects and not on professional level so my expectations may not be as high as some, However that said i do a lot of work restoring a car which this tool comes in handy for. The three settings for the speed and torque help to prevent over tightening small nuts and bolts or stripping a thread and come in very handy. the tool is comfortable to use and with the 3 LED lights is great when working in dingy light. When looking at other comparisons online the Ryobi looks a little more compact in size to its competitors and seems to perform as well from what i have seen. The price is well positioned with competition and most others do not have the variable torque feature. In my opinion this tool is great for someone like myself who has a demand for this kind of tool but not on a professional level.Read full review...

Ryobi impact wrench
I have to say this is really powerful with right battery, the gun undone a crank nut when new would be 350nm but had been on the car for 15 years so probably tighter.
It worked well on my 2.5a battery and just as good on my copy 4a Chinese copy battery.
I am a mechanic by trade so have used better but this is excellent value for moneyRead full review...

Ryobi-R18IW3-0-One-18V-Impact-Wrench
i was looking for for a good impact gun that wasnt going to cost the earth , i first looked at the makita range but they were very expensive , so i opted for the ryobi r18iw3 as it has an impact of 400nm . which is just perfect, the gun will remove my ford transit wheel nuts.i highly recommend you get the 4amp or the 5 amp battery with this gun because if you use it alot you will need a battery that is going to last .
the best impact gun i have ever boughtRead full review...

Great
Based on how much cheaper this was than a Makita or Dewalt with half the torque, I didn't expect too much from it.
But it has been brilliant so far. I have used it to remove suspension bolts which hadn't been removed in over 20 years and it handled them just fine, so the torque spec seems accurate.
The build quality seems to be very good too.
The 3 LEDs are also surprisingly bright.Read full review...

Review of deworx impact wrench
I needed to change a lower wishbone. I tried using sockets, ratchet and breaker bar prior to purchasing and the front bolt would not move! Whilst the impact wrench did not whizz it off it must of loosened it as after a little persuasion it finally got the bolt out and job done. Easily done my wheel bolts which are 135 nm and undone track rod end with ease bearing in mind it was the original on a 2006 car! Very pleased with it.Read full review...

makes a tough job easy
I have given it four stars as it needs to be used for quite some time to achieve five-star status.
I bought it to work underneath my car as some of the bolts I needed to remove were proving difficult.
It worked perfectly, no contra rotation and was a pleasure and very satisfying to use.Read full review...
