Bought for JSRF and have no regrets
100% bought this title for JSRF, and it holds up just as much as I remember. Great game with a few dated features in the controls, but nothing that takes away from how fun it is. The atmosphere and gameplay within Jet Set Radio Future is not just unique and original, it in itself is a perfect justification to own an original Xbox. The music, the art style, the fast pace of the game, memorable characters and locations, an easy to understand combo system but difficult to perfect. Jet Set Radio Future! Listen to me. You need this game in your collection.
Jet Set Radio is cult classic that never got the attention it so deserved. It has fun, unique, game play that hasn't been matched today. You take control as one of many members of Rebel Skating crew member called the GG's. A turf war is out and some "mysterious punk" is spreading terrible rumors about the GG's. The gangs use Graffiti and a Set of Jet Powered Skates to mark their territory and get away form the crocked cops trying to stop them. Speaking of, game is filled with brilliant graffiti art styles and so many bright colors filling you Screen at once. This is original game to use Cell shading (and it still holds up today!). The game has a retro anime-sh storyline with some weird twists ending having to do with first game "Jet Radio Grind" (Which has been re-released [It's also a must buy.].).
The game takes place in mysterious and distant land Tokyo-to. Which each chapter beat the game's story line it's odder, and odder, and so much more fun. Recruiting new member for the GG's with One on One custom match ups with new characters.
The length of the game is great. It's nice and long. The difficulty increases with each new level so you don't feel underwhelmed. At times, the game get some what repetitive but it never feels that way. That's do to the random surprises the game throws at you.
GET THIS GAME! I swear it's so worth it.

I was very disappointed when the game arrived and I realized the disc was very damaged. There were scratches all over it, but luckily none of them were deep enough to damage the game as I've seen so far. I put it in my xbox to see if it would work and it does as far as I can tell but it's a Christmas present for my brother so hopefully it works for him.Read full review...
