Shower or shampoo
It says shampoo, but I use it on my body because of a type of rash I have, rub it on infected area leave for 10 minutes shower off. It clears my skin after two showers. Recommended

Dry scalp away
I have used this product in the past for years but I have had a terrible attack of dry scalp maybe it's something that happens as we use dryers and hair straighteners and coulour products etc. but this selsun works right away I have washed with it 4 times and my scalp is back to normal thank goodness from now on I will use it once a week for the next few weeks and then maybe once a month to keep my scalp fresh I have also tried the selsun blue but I can assure you this one works the best and the quickest .also you do not need to use a lot as it goes a long way I wash my hair then rinse then wash making sure I rub well into scalp then I leave it on my scalp for 5 min. I really like this stuff for a really deep clean of my scalp, Stops all the itchiness etc.
Only use a small amount every few months, so should last a long time as it has a very long use-by date.

Best anti itch shampoo araound
I have used Selsun for many years, I did move to Selsun Blue for a while, but it is not as effective in dealing with both dandruff & itch. I have tried many other shampoo's, non come near Selsun.
<br>It has a mild sulphur aroma, but I can live with that for its results.
If I have an itchy scalp, I use this two - three time over 1 week and it cleared.
