Great For A Small Workshop
I have a tiny workshop and this compressor is perfect for it. I only do small project and I already have a battery impact driver and drill. I've also got no ambition to paint a car.
So far I’ve very successfully used it with a straight die grinder with stones, an angled grinder with flap wheel and sanding attachments and a cutting wheel. I haven't had any problems with any of these tools and the maker does say it’s not suitable for an impact driver. Their advertising is very accurate and honest about its capabilities.
I do use both channels as I always have my air gun on one with the original line and I have a 8mm internal dimensions line on the other. In my experience with the small project I do doesn’t over work the compressor. The compressor hasn’t once cut out on me waiting to get the pressure up. The biggest job it’s done though is the finishing touches after I hard faced a 50lb anvil.
It’s a massive difference working with small compressor tools over big mains tools which can't be over sold. Especially for those of us with disabilities and difficulties, or like me getting old and disabled.
The noise isn’t anywhere near as loud as I was expecting. You often hear people on YouTube having to shout over their machines, this is something I don’t need to do. For its size it has a very powerful 2.5 HP motor which runs beautifully smoothly and I have to admit to thinking "British engineering" with pride. I can only play…I mean work in my shop for short periods and I've never continuously used my machine for prolonged periods. However, even though I'm a light user I'm surprised how infrequently and how fast it refills and gets back up to pressure.
My one suggestion for the manufacturer is rather than the cheap paint gun and other liquids gun why not put in a water trap in the set? I do suggest that people buy these and they are required on all compressors. I have the inline one on my air gun and one that attaches to the compressor on my bigger line. I prefer the latter. I also put a couple of drop of compressor tool oil in my tools after every use.
I would say a definite 11 out 10 from me.

Faulty
Compressor runs very slow.
Can't keep up with most air tools, used for a couple of hours and I'm getting a lot of fluid in the air lines.
Seller takes days to reply to messages, problem hasn't been solved for over a week and counting.

Good for DIY / home use
Seems to be an excellent product. Easy assembly and not too heavy so easy to move around the garage and out to the car to check tyre pressures. Good range of essential tools in the kit - just what I need to get started. I like that the footprint of the tank is the same as the motor / compressor unit so stores well.
My one issue is that the power lead is just too short (approx 1.2m) to reach any of the 9 double outlet sockets in my single garage and so an extension lead is necessary at all times.Read full review...

Small but Mighty
I needed a compact, portable performance compressor with all the kit. As I already have a large
compressor, could not justify big spend. This was perfect !. Power enough for most jobs, great price.
This unit is very well built - for any money. Great to have a compressor right beside the job - Car - Jeep
or bike instead of trailing hoses. Get one - you wont regret it. Just afraid my ' Pals ' will want to borrow it !

Perfect for commited DIY'ers
Well engineered, not too noisy whilst it is running and maintains it's pressure well in the tank.
I upgraded from a smaller one with no tank and which was used with a nail and staple gun. I decided that I needed one with a tank to do things like spraying the fences, and which would maintain a constant pressure when using the blowing attachment, tyre inflator and a needle gun.
With the decent 2.5 HP motor and flow rate of 9.6 CFM I was thrilled to bits with how this compressor performs and I am confident that if I get a decent air socket impact wrench for the car jobs that it should cope without any problems.

Very happy with this product, wish I spent the extra money on the larger one to be honest but that's just because you have a larger range of air tools to use. Done the job (spraying my Land Rover defender) with ease just the length of air line was a bit short if Im picky. Great feeling to know you are buying British too. Fantastic air compressor
Ideal size and a wonderful piece of kit, that came with all the extras which you definitely need, no problems filling my car tyres, I've not used the sprayer but this machine is not going to let me down as it's very well made, two things I would have liked different is the handle, this should have been expandable for moving around as my arms aren't that long!! also the wheels would have been better made of rubber and larger as its difficult to move over uneven surfaces..Read full review...
