Good pump-Lousy fittings

The pump was a good price and arrived quickly. It's quiet and creates good pressure..that's the good. The swivel elbow fittings supplied had a barb that's about 5/16" so, the 1/2" inside diameter Water line will not seal to the supplied fittings. So, had to get 2 fittings so I could finish now I can't get a good deal so I have a drip. I will work on it some more but if the correct fittings were supplied I would be done.Read full review

Shurflo, the best water 12 volt demand water pumps. I have used several but have figured out how yet to drain the water completely out so it doesn't crack the plastic housing and then leak but the pumps still operate. They are used inside building in remote location. I wish the pump housing was more durable as that is why they get replaced but they do pump good pressure and volume.Read full review

Easy to install in my camper.
4 screws, two wires, two hand tighten water connections. Primed right up, pumps water like crazy compared to my old pump. Original equipment replacement same brand etc.

Horrible Customer Service..Stay Away

I ordered a new water pump for my RV. It did not come in an original box so they probably sent refurbished pump. They just threw it into a box with a tiny piece of this bubblewrap that was useless. The box was destroyed in transit and because they did not add any packaging to protect it, the pump was damaged.
I need a pump like right nkw to winterize. I tightened up screws as best as i could and hooked it up. It does not work.

Thank you for reaching out to us! Once an item is installed, the manufacturer has a strict policy to follow their warranty protocol if you are having issues with the item. You would need to find a local authorized service center that can honor the manufacturer warranty on the unit. From there, they should be able to get this taken care of for you.

Nice when there are no service centers around me. Ridiculous..Stay Away or prepare to be scammed.

Pump Replacement

Same style as I had but wanted to replace the older unit. Adding the strainer was a good idea to extend the life of the pump. Took extra work to properly install it, unlike how it was. But with added vibration eliminating hoses and limited space it all worked out and hopefully years of trouble free use.Read full review

Easy Replacement!

My old water pump quit working and buying a new one up here in Canada was very expensive so I found this one for a very reasonable price. I took about twenty minutes to remove the old one (same brand, different model) and install this new one. It has worked perfectly for two years now and still going strong.
