I looked around a while before buying this tripod and this one seemed to have the best reviews out there. After setting it up it was clear that it was of very high quality and very sturdy. I like all the different positions it will hold the camera with no fear of the camera falling off or tripod falling over. Definitely not for use when traveling as it is very heavy. I am 6'4" tall. This tripod allows me to comfortably take picturs without having to use an awkward stance... Even star shots. It is very table as well as being easily adjustable to any terrain. The only possible drawback would be its weight. I like it because of the stability it adds, but, others may find it a bit heavy.Read full review
