Lightweight good quality.
There is nothing wrong with this product. It is made well and is of very good quality. The issue is with how these units are installed. Because they are pressed into the frame, you can only make them as tight as the frame allows, so they can still move inside the frame when under extreme pressure like when you get out of the saddle and that can make noise.
