Child friendly

My 6 year old has been using a grip shift on his bike for a year or so. It has always been awkward for him, recently due to muddy conditions mostly and possibly war and tear, gear changing has been too hard for him and even me to use it, it put him off riding. Doesn’t Index Correctly

This was my second SRAM shifter and like the first the it jumps gears from 4th to 6th or 5th to 7th no matter how you adjust it. I’m a bike repair guy adjusted hundreds of gear selectors and these just don’t work. Read full review

Good choice of a shifter.

The design allows ejecting the cable end as an easy procedure without a tool. I like this. I have experience of SRAM shifters. To date unfitted. Hope this helps ..
