With a bit of guess work it works ok.

Some instructions on the best way to install this dongle would be helpful.
Plug it in after the pc has fully booted, instead of plugging it in before start up.
Booted up with it plugged in and nothing!
Unplug and plug back in and follow the on screen prompts.
Bluetooth wouldn't work to start with but persevered and finally it worked. Don't know what I did. Read full review...
