The print on the mug was very poor, lots of white areas and dark grey lines, handles were chipped, looks like they were packed like that as there weren't any lose bits in the box. Very disappointed as they are a good size. Returned for a refund.Read full review...

Not as good quality

We have had some of these mugs previously and replaced them as after some time they became stained which we couldn’t shift. These new mugs, however, stained after the first use and already look as though they have been used for a very long time.
