I have not yet used this product, and i hope i never have to! I bought it to feel safer walking alone on dark nights and since its a nice size to keep in my hand concealed in my pocket, i always have it at the ready incase the need to use it ever arises without warning. I will definitely be recommending this product to all my other female friends, i never leave home without it! Pocket sized security. Not as vicous as I expected but still up to the task I suppose

I tested the spray on my hands. It leaves red coloured skin but nothing soap and a good wash couldn't get off. For marking attackers the colour couldmbe brighter, possibly signal orange.

Can't be beaten for the price

The can is quite thick, making it more bulky to carry than other brands (eg sabre for £12) however it is priced very competitively. Could be improved with a safety however the button has a strong seal and a basic safety can be improvised with a cable tie.Read full review

It's difficult to write a review for the product, but I keep receiving requests so here goes. I've not used the product so can't tell you about the range of spray or if it's a stream or mist. The product fits into a police CS/pepper spray belt holder as would a service spray can. The top of the spray is unguarded, normally a plastic flip up top guards the spray button from accidental use. This is something manufacturers should consider adding. The spray is not an offensive item rather it's defensive, enabling identification rather than incapacitation of offenders.Read full review
