Missing parts

Bought this item which is ok apart from it didn’t fit the car as it said it would and there was a major part missing from the box which had clearly been sent out before , returned to the supplier and then sent out to myself without being checked
Not the products fault but the suppliers in this case , who couldn’t even reply to my email.

Not robust enough - wonder how long it will last since it needed repair and modification within days of being installed.

Plastic hooks used to attach guard to headrest too weak, both broke within days.

Knobs for tightening hooks made from weak plastic material. Dog chewed one right off in seconds.

It fitted into my elderly Kia C'eed estate quite easily. Plenty wide enough and high enough. Like another reviewer, I found the fittings meant to attach the guard to the headrest piers didn't work for me (piers have an extreme backwards tilt) so like the other reviewer I fixed them with cable ties. It all feels very firm, I'm sure it would take a lot of effort on the dog's part to shift it.
