Disappointed
I thought this item would have progressed currently. I had one a long time ago and found it fiddly and end product tatty. Sorry but is is far easy to use the grill.

Have not found anything bad about this product, its easy to use, quite straight forward and it works well. Although the instructions state to lightly oil the surfaces before use, we have found that to lightly butter the outside surface of the bread then put in filling and cook.
