Connected to WiFi again

Samsung ES8000 TV. Purchased in 2012. Couldn’t connect to WiFi and the TV kept going off and on by itself. Took the back cover off and replaced the module which was behind the secondary plastic trim. Very easy DIY job. Problem solved. Everything thing working fine now.Read full review...

New replacement part

The part was as described, new out of the box. This was a replacement for the original part that had failed, identical to the original so a simple case of replacing old for new.
The TV picked up my Wi-Fi straight away and configured the wireless setting as before.

No instructions but found online. Sorted the problem

Forgot I even bought this until the reminder appeared asking my opinion. Was reluctant to dismantle the telly but had to do it eventually. Been perfect ever since.

Fixed fault
