Ok replacement, molding could do with some tuning
This is a decent replacement for the original cover which in my case was useless as water had seeped into the foam. It took a bit of manhandling to get it in position, but ultimately with a few slight modifications it worked. The bit i really didn't get was why the packaging was so flimsy, when i got it the box was torn open (one piece of cello tape holding it, not even packing tape) and a bit of the foam had broken off (which i had to glue back into place with water resistant glue that was safe for Styrofoam- not an easy find at the local supply store). In the end it still was 1/3rd of the price quoted by the repair man so i am still happy.Read full review

Essential spare for Samsung RSH1 fridge
If you have a Samsung fridge of the RSH1 type then you will need the this spare as the internal polystyrene foam becomes waterlogged over the years and then ice forms which stops the cold air circulation in the fridge section. Replace your old evaporator cover with this new OEM part and you will be back to factory specification. To illustrate the problem I weighed the new part against the the old one before fitting. The old one was 2.3kgs heavier, meaning that more than 2 litres of water had soaked into polystyrene insulation, which would have made it a very poor insulator!
